Sponsors

• Barktoberfest is a fundraiser for the Humane Society of Pensacola. 100% of
  money raised goes to the Humane Society.
• The Humane Society is a nonprofit no kill shelter that depends on donations for all expenses. (No government funding, no national organizational funding)
• The mission of the Humane Society is the protection and welfare of all animals through sanctuary, adoption, education and promotion of responsible pet ownership.
• All donations are tax deductible.
• There are several different levels of sponsorships—something for every size of
  business.
• Your company name/logo/products/employees will reach hundreds of local
  consumers. Over a thousand people attended last year.
• If you choose a sponsorship level that includes the Humane Society newsletter,
  your company logo/name will reach 3,000 readers.
• If you choose a sponsorship level that includes space for a table/tent, you will be able to sell your products/promote your organization to all attendees.
• Anyone choosing space for a table/tent will be assigned to a space and must bring their own table/tent, signage and staffers. They are also responsible for taking away garbage that does not fit in trashcans. (Ex. – Large cardboard boxes.)
• Make checks payable to The Humane Society of Pensacola.

• Logos need to be given to us either as a computer file—hiresolution tif, jpeg, or eps—or as a blackandwhite slick/velox. If computer file, email it to: director@humanesocietyofpensacola.org

Prize Donors

• If you don’t want to do a sponsorship, perhaps you can donate a prize for the pet contest. Or a gift basket for our raffles.
• Prizes could include gift certificates for services like grooming, dinner, etc.; free
  products (like a gift bag full of goodies), etc.
• Prize donors will receive their name listed in the Humane Society newsletter
  (circulation 3,000)

Invitation to Be a Presenting Sponsor

The Humane Society of Pensacola invites you to be a Big Dog Presenting Sponsor
of the 2008 Barktoberfest, to be held Saturday, October 4th in Seville Square from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Barktoberfest will include pet contests, a pet photo contest, demonstrations, pet portraits, live entertainment, painting & drawing contest and product vendors. Over a thousand people and their pets attended the 2007 festival, and more are expected this year. The event will be publicized heavily in local media.
The Barktoberfest benefits the Humane Society of Pensacola, a nonprofit, nokill animal
